Vehicle services shall include fuel, oil, and water

Maximum distance of service: 3 miles (may extend to 5 miles in certain circumstances)

Licensing or approval, where required
Continuous operation to serve at least 2 meals per day, 6 days per week

4 network-connected Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) charging ports capable of simultaneously charging at least 4 EVs
Each DCFC charging port must be capable of charging any CCS-compliant vehicle
Each DCFC charging port must have at least one permanently attached CCS Type 1 connector
DCFC charging ports must support output voltages between 250 volts DC and 920 volts DC
